The staff were genuinely helpful.. I felt welcomed from arrival. My room was clean upon entry and kept tidy daily. The shower had good pressure and temperature control. The hotel's proximity to transportation hubs proved very convenient.
I noticed some slight wear on the furniture, though it did not affect my overall experience.

I appreciated the proximity to stratford rail services. it was easy to get to abba voyage. having westfield shopping centre right next door was also a big plus, we loved how close it was. the staff offered a complimentary cocktail upon arrival. A nice welcome.
the pillows were horribly soft. also, the bed was very springy. it wasn't super clean when we arrived.

The staff were friendly and offered a welcome drink! The lifts looked cool. I say, get your camera ready. Tea and coffee facilities were included in the room.
The shower didn't drain properly. It was hard to work the TV. The bathroom felt tiny.

the hotel's location was fine for getting around. the staff seemed nice enough.
I really wanted a fridge in the room. it said there was air conditioning, but the room was still stuffy. the small sink was a real pain. It was like washing my face in an airplane bathroom.
